How Booking works

Customers book and pay online through your booking page.

Booking is built from three things:

1. Resources: where the booking happens, such as a room, a pitch or a person.

2. Products: what customers book and pay for, such as a session or a service.

3. Checkouts: the pages where customers find products and pay.

Payments go through Stripe. Set things up in this order: connect Stripe, add a resource, add products, then make a checkout. You can't add resources or products until Stripe is connected.

Your organisation's name, logo, support email and legal pages come from Settings › General.
