Add a resource

A resource is where a booking takes place. You need at least one before you add products.

For admins

Before you start: connect Stripe. You can't add resources or products until it's set up.

1. Enter the location, so customers know where to go.

2. Set the capacity: how many customers can be booked at the same time.

3. Choose the booking type:

   • Capacity-based: several customers can book the same time, up to the capacity. For classes and group sessions.

   • Exclusive: one booking per time. For one-to-one sessions or a whole room.

One product, several places: you don't need a separate product for each place. Link one product to several resources, and customers can book it in each place at the same time. Each resource takes its own bookings, up to its own capacity.

For example, a 6pm yoga class that runs in Studio 1 and Studio 2 is one product linked to both studios.
