Stock items

Sell items alongside bookings, such as T-shirts or extras, and keep track of how many you have.

For admins

Select Create stock item, or open one to change it.

1. Add an image, a name and a category.

2. Set the price, the VAT rate and whether the price includes VAT. Pair shows what customers pay, for example "Includes £1.67 VAT".

3. Choose the location: the resource it's sold at.

4. Add a variation name, such as a size or scent, and the available stock.

5. Add a short description, then Save Changes.

Stock is counted on the item itself. It isn't linked to other apps, such as Equipment, yet.

To sell an item, add it to a checkout. See Make a checkout.

Keeping stock up to date

Stock goes down by itself each time a customer buys an item.

To add stock, enter the new total in Available stock, not the number you're adding. For example, if you have 9 and 10 more arrive, enter 19.
