Discount codes

Give customers a code that takes money off their booking.

For admins

  1. Select Create discount. To change one, open it, or select the pencil on its card.

  2. Add an image and a discount name.

  3. Choose the discount type: Flat takes an amount off, such as £10; Percentage takes a share off, such as 20%. Enter the discount value.

  4. Choose whether it's an employee discount.

  5. Set the limits:

    • Minimum purchase: the cart total the code needs. 0 means no minimum.

    • Maximum purchase: the code is refused above this cart total. 0 means no maximum.

    • Uses per customer: how many times one customer, matched by email, can use it. 0 means unlimited.

  6. Enter the discount code customers will type.

  7. Under Valid for bookings dated between, choose the first and last dates. The code works for any booking on a date in that window, whatever day the customer checks out.

  8. Optionally, add blocked booking dates, such as weekends, when the code is refused. Leave it empty to allow every date in the window.

  9. Add a description and terms and conditions, then Save Changes.

Pair sums it up under the dates, for example "Early Bird applies to bookings dated 25 Jun 2025 to 31 Mar 2026". Duplicate copies a discount to start a new one.

On the Discounts list, each card shows the amount off, the code with Click to copy, its limits, the date it's valid until and whether it has expired.
