Connect Stripe

Connect Stripe to take payments online. Stripe handles card payments, checks and payouts to your bank.

For admins

Before you start, have ready:

• Your business's legal name and address

• The bank account for payouts, in the business's name

• The person allowed to set up the account, such as an owner or director

1. Start the setup and follow the steps hosted by Stripe.

2. Stripe checks your identity and business details.

3. Once it's done, you can take payments straight away.

Good to know:

• Setup makes a new Stripe account just for Pair. You can't move an existing Stripe account across, but you can keep it if another system already uses it: the two run side by side.

• Payouts reach your bank weekly, on Fridays, in one amount to keep fees down. You can change this in Stripe.

• See payments, payouts and refunds in your Stripe dashboard.

• Finish setup in one go, with details that match your official records.
