Make a checkout
A checkout is the page where customers find your products, book and pay. Each one has its own link to share.
For admins
Two kinds of checkout
Individual: One product or a small group, such as everything at one resource, or one event. Share its link for a focused booking
Main: All your products in one place. Customers browse and filter, so it works as your main booking page
Start with an individual checkout. Add a main checkout when you want one page for everything.
Set up a checkout
Details: give it a checkout name, and the page title customers see at the top.
Branding: add a logo (square, 500 × 500 px or larger) and a background image (wide, 1920 × 1080 px or larger).
Products: tick the products to include. You can add stock items too, such as T-shirts or extras, so customers can buy them as they book.
Display: choose how products show:
Booking starts with: what customers choose first, such as a product.
Featured product: shows one product at the top.
Product carousel: shows products in a row customers scroll through.
Show remaining capacity: how many places are left on each time slot. Sold-out slots are marked either way.
Show duration: how long each product lasts.
Consent and privacy: select Add a consent, choose a consent type, and choose whether customers must accept it to complete the booking or it's optional. Add as many as you need.
Select Save.
Use Copy link to share it, or Open to see it as customers do.
How consent is recorded
Consent types are written in Settings › CRM › Consent types, where you can also attach a document, such as your admission policy. Customers see the exact statement, such as "I have read and agree to the admission policy", and nothing is ticked for them.
Each answer is saved against the customer in CRM, under Consent & privacy, as "Booking checkout", with the date and time, the checkout, the booking and the statement shown. So you can show who agreed, when, how and to what. You can change it later if needed; see Recording consent under CRM.
