Lone worker check-ins

Automatic calls and texts check that people working alone are safe.

Before you start: add your duty manager phone in Settings › Staffing, and use Send a test. Lone worker check-ins use credits.

• Reminders start 10 minutes before each hour.

• If someone hasn't checked in by 10 minutes past the hour, the duty manager gets a text and a call.

• The duty manager is also alerted when someone misses a clock-in or clock-out.

• There are no check-ins in the first 60 minutes of a shift, or if the shift ends within 30 minutes.

Turn on hourly check-ins for each shift when you create it.
