Confirming workers on a shift

Once a shift is published, workers apply in the Pair Staffing app. You confirm them from the shift.

Eligible people are on the left and the shift's workers on the right. Each worker shows a status:

• Applied: waiting for you. Tick to confirm, or cross to decline.

• Ready to assign: selected but not yet confirmed. Select Assign Workers to finish.

• Confirmed: on the shift.

• Already assigned: on another shift at the same time.

The shift shows how many places are filled, such as 1/2 assigned, and warns you when it's full. You can also add people from the left without waiting for them to apply.
