Who can see people and pay

What each person can see in Employees, and in Pay, is set by their access level.

Pay has its own setting, separate from Employees. For example, give team managers change access to Employees so they can handle time off, and no access to Pay.

Who can see bank details is set separately, in Settings › People › Bank details access. People can't see their own pay record yet.
