Tasks settings

For admins

• At risk window: How many days before its deadline an open task reads At risk. 0 flags only tasks due today

• Flag labels: Your own names for the green, amber and red flags

• Restrict projects to their team: Only the project's team, their managers and admins can open it

• Files on tasks: Space used by attachments. Contact support to raise the limit

A project's team is its owner, anyone added by hand and anyone with a task on it. Turn on Restrict projects to their team only once every team is complete: everyone else loses access at once.
