The Portfolio dashboard

See your pipeline, your confirmed work and whether the team has enough of it.

• Are We Safe? shows how many months of confirmed work you have, with and without the pipeline, and the capacity outlook for your core team. See Planning capacity, below, for the full view, over 8 to 52 weeks.

• Pipeline health shows your total and weighted pipeline for the quarter, and won against target.

• Opportunities lists open opportunities with their stage, value and chance of winning.

Good to know:

• Are We Safe? only shows to people who can also see Staffing, because capacity comes from there.

• Set what counts as healthy, and when it reads Danger, in Settings › Portfolio.

Set your minimum safe work in Settings › Portfolio:

• Work cover: turns Are We Safe? on or off.

• Healthy cover: the months of confirmed work you need for the cover to read Healthy. Below it, it reads Warning.

• Danger below: under this many months, it reads Danger. It must be less than Healthy cover.
