Creating a course

Build a course once and share it with your team, your customers or both. When you update it, everyone sees the change once it's published.

1. Create the course.

2. Add steps, choosing a type for each:

   • Learn: content to read, watch or review

   • Quiz: questions to test understanding

   • Submit: work the learner uploads

   • Observe: an assessor or manager records an observation

   • Inform: information that needs no response

3. Set when each step unlocks: Free, After previous or Mandatory first.

4. Set when each step is complete: Auto on view, Requires submission or Requires approval.

5. Add content blocks to each step: text, video, image, file, link, embed, tasks or quiz.

6. Optionally turn on a completion certificate, a PDF learners download.

7. Publish, and share it with organisations or learners.
