Getting started with Accident Book

Record accidents, incidents and near misses, and make sure someone follows each one up.

For admins

The Set up the Accident Book checklist walks you through it:

1. Choose who follows up new reports. They're told straight away in My digest.

2. List the places where things happen, such as Kitchen or Car park, so every report names them the same way. This is optional.

3. Let everyone report from their profile. The Accident book tab shows on everyone's profile.
