The dashboard shows what's open, what's in progress, what came in and closed in the last 30 days, and what's reportable to the HSE.

• To follow up lists each entry with its date, type, severity, who it's assigned to and its status.

• Change the status as you work on it.

In the UK, each entry asks whether it's reportable under RIDDOR, and once reported, its HSE reference.
