Who can report an accident?

Anyone in your organisation, including shift workers, from the Accident book tab on their own profile. See Reporting an accident or incident.

Who gets the report?

For admins

The person you choose to follow up new reports. If nobody is chosen, it waits on the dashboard. See Getting started with Accident Book.

Does the email include the details?

For admins

No. It says what kind of entry it is and links to it. See Accident Book settings.

Where do I record RIDDOR?

For members

Each entry asks whether it's reportable under RIDDOR and, once reported, the HSE reference. See Following up and RIDDOR.
