How is Pair organised?

Open Apps in the sidebar. Apps are grouped as Work, People, Growth, Resources and Add-ons. See How Pair is organised.

Why can't I see an app?

You only see the apps your access level lets you open. Ask your admin if you need one. See How Pair is organised.

What's the difference between a member and a portal user?

For admins

Members sign in to Pair and see what their access level allows. Portal users, such as agencies and learners at your customers, sign in to one portal only and never see your organisation's data. See Who's who in Pair.
