Setting company goals

Align your team around what matters: set a company goal, break it into milestones, and give each person their part.

Goals have three levels:

• Company goal: the top-level objective.

• Milestone: a measurable step towards it, with a due date.

• Contribution: one person's action towards a milestone.

1. Pick the quarter with the filter, top right.

2. Select + Add Company Goal, fill in the form and save.

3. Inside the goal, select + Add Milestone for each step.

4. Inside each milestone, select + Add Contribution and assign it to someone.

People update their contribution with the progress slider. Progress rolls up: a contribution updates its milestone, which updates the goal.

The overview shows overall progress, goals completed and how many are behind schedule for the quarter.
