Working alone: check-ins

On some shifts you'll be asked to check in every hour, so someone knows you're safe.

• You'll get a reminder 10 minutes before each hour.

• If you haven't checked in by 10 minutes past, the duty manager is sent a text and called.

• There are no check-ins in the first hour of a shift, or if it ends within 30 minutes.

• The duty manager is also told if you miss clocking in or out.
