Tracking expiry dates

The dashboard counts documents that have expired, are due for renewal, are valid, and have no end date.

• Needs renewal lists expired documents first, then those due soon.

• Coming up lists documents that end in the next 90 days.

Select Renew to add the new version. Anyone can add a document to My digest to be reminded.

Set how many days ahead documents are flagged, and your categories, in Settings › Documents. Each document can also have its own number of days.
