Simpler settings, new staffing tools, Cyber Essentials Plus and a rebuilt help centre
2026-10-24. This update brings all your settings into one place, adds new tools for agency staffing and makes everyday task management easier. We’ve also passed Cyber Essentials Plus and rebuilt our help centre to make answers easier to find.

135 settings reviewed. One place to find them. (Platform, October 2026): All settings now live in one place, and you can still reach the relevant settings directly from each app.
We've passed Cyber Essentials Plus (Platform, October 2026): This marks another milestone in strengthening our security credentials and supports our ongoing work towards ISO 27001 certification.
Agency Portal (Staffing, October 2026): Send shift requests to agencies, who can accept bookings and upload staff names. Review attendance and hours, then share reports and timesheets.
Kiosk (Staffing, October 2026): Staff can sign in and out with a photo. Supervisors can manage arrivals and issue radios. The kiosk also works offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Shift cancellations (Staffing, October 2026): Companies can now turn off the “Can’t make this shift?” option in the mobile app.
Your tasks first (Tasks, October 2026): Individual tasks now appear above the project overview.
Flexible columns (Tasks, October 2026): Resize and reorder columns in task lists and project views.
Linked statuses (Tasks, October 2026): Task list status now follows changes to the project status.
Completed tasks (Tasks, October 2026): View and filter completed tasks, and export task records to Excel.
Web-to-CRM forms (CRM, October 2026): Share forms by link, QR code or website embed, with submissions creating CRM records directly.
Application videos (Apply, October 2026): Applicants can now upload a short introduction video for review during recruitment.
Accident Book (Accident Book, October 2026): Occurrences now have a dedicated app with a recent activity dashboard and access for casual staff.
Documents (Documents, October 2026): Documents now sit in a separate tab within Document Templates, with a dashboard for upcoming expiries.
Rebuilt to help you find answers faster (Help Centre, October 2026): We’ve rewritten the help centre from the ground up. Every app now has its own guides, grouped the way they appear in Pair. Each guide has a short summary and a “Find it in Pair” box, longer guides…
Two-factor sign-in (Platform, October 2026): Fixed login issues after two-factor authentication was disabled globally.
Job titles in capacity (Portfolio, October 2026): Fixed duplicate job titles appearing with underscores in the capacity view.
