• List checks due within: How many days ahead the dashboard lists checks

• Inspection frequency for new equipment: What the form starts on when equipment is added. Each item can have its own

• Categories: How equipment is grouped and filtered

• Locations: Where equipment is kept, so anyone can find it for a check
